A short questionnaire is being conducted to explore the connection between daydreaming/fantasy proneness and a phenomenon known as OBE (Out of Body Experience). This research study is being conducted by Mr. Alexander De Foe and Dr. George Van Doorn.

In this questionnaire you will be asked a number of questions related to whether you may have had an OBE (Out of Body Experience) in the past and your background in terms of personality, fantasy proneness, daydreaming likelihood and other factors.
